Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and GreenFunds, operated by Artesia Home, a sole proprietorship based in India ("GreenFunds", "we", "us"). By using the website, creating an account, or buying a course, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use GreenFunds
You must be at least 18 years old, or use GreenFunds under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. You agree to give accurate information and to use the service only for lawful, personal learning.
What we provide
GreenFunds offers money-education content: lessons, news explainers, a glossary, and an email newsletter, and from time to time may offer exam-preparation courses. Some content is free. Some courses may be paid. We may add, change or remove content and features over time.
Your account
The exam-prep section lets you sign in with Google or Apple to save your progress, streak and coins across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.
Paid courses and payments
Where a course is paid, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway, and any instalment or EMI option is provided by that gateway or its lending partners on their own terms, which you should read. Applicable taxes may be added. Access to a paid course is for your own personal use and is not transferable. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
Education only, not advice
GreenFunds is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Please read our disclaimer for the full detail. Any decision you make is your own.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:
- Copy, resell or redistribute our content wholesale, or present it as your own.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to harvest the site at scale, or try to break or overload it.
- Use our content or code to train, or build a dataset for, any AI or machine-learning model, or extract it in a machine-readable form, without our written permission.
- Remove or hide our copyright notices, or the watermarks on our images.
- Share a paid course or your account access with others.
- Use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Your content and feedback
Some parts of GreenFunds let you post content, such as comments, reactions, feedback, or a flag that something looks inaccurate. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display and use it to run and improve the service. You are responsible for what you post, and by posting you confirm it is yours to share and breaks no law or anyone's rights.
Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, obscene, infringing, spam, or a scam, anything that presents itself as GreenFunds' own advice, or personal data about another person. We act as an intermediary for content you post: we do not pre-check everything, but we may moderate, edit or remove any content, and suspend accounts, at our discretion, and we will remove unlawful content when we are properly notified. To report content, contact our Grievance Officer (see the Privacy Policy) or use the contact page.
Intellectual property
The GreenFunds name, brand, lessons, and design are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by law. You may read and link to our pages, and share links freely. Exam names such as NISM and the marks of SEBI, AMFI and others belong to their respective owners. GreenFunds is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by NISM, SEBI or AMFI.
Third-party links and services
Our pages may link to, or use, third-party sites and services (for example sign-in, analytics, ads and payments). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to be accurate and to cite primary sources, but content is provided "as is", rules and figures change, and errors can happen. We do not guarantee the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Things outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet failures, hosting or other third-party outages, strikes, fire, natural events, cyber-attacks, or acts of government. You are responsible for your own device and internet connection used to reach GreenFunds, and for any cost of using them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GreenFunds is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content or service, including any money decision you take. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Your responsibility to us
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover us for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal costs, that results from your misuse of GreenFunds, your breach of these terms, or anything you post on the site.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. You may stop using GreenFunds at any time.
Grievance Officer
For any complaint about the site or its content, you can reach our Grievance Officer, Dhruv Rastogi, through the contact page with "Grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Moradabad, India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
The whole agreement, and if part does not apply
Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which prevails over these terms on anything about personal data. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using GreenFunds. Where a specific product has its own terms, those apply to that product as far as they differ. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service and the law change. We will post the new version here with a fresh date. Continued use means you accept the current version.
