Refund and cancellation
This is a starter policy written to be fair and clear. Have it reviewed before you take real payments.
Free content
All the lessons, the roadmap, and the sample mock are free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
Premium, the 7-day cooling-off
If you buy premium and change your mind within 7 days of purchase, and you have not substantially used the premium mock exams, we will refund you in full. We look at whether the premium content was actually consumed, not at small trial use.
How to ask for a refund
Email us within the 7 days with the email you paid from and your order id. We will confirm and process an approved refund to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
If you paid by EMI
EMI is provided by Razorpay's lending partners, not by us. An approved refund is returned through the same channel. Any interest the lender has already charged is set by the lender and may not be recoverable, so cancel early if you are unsure.
After the cooling-off, or after substantial use
Once the 7 days pass, or once you have worked through a meaningful part of the premium mocks, the sale is final. This keeps the price low for everyone and is normal for a digital product you can access instantly.
Cancellation
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. If a future plan is ever a subscription, you will be able to cancel it any time before the next renewal.
