These terms cover the NISM Series V-A course on GreenFunds. They sit alongside the site Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
Education only
This course prepares you for the NISM Series V-A exam. It is general education, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a SEBI registered investment adviser, and we do not manage money. Completing the course does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.
Your licence to use it
When you access the course, free or premium, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own exam preparation. Please do not share your access, resell it, or copy the material to publish elsewhere.
Access
Free content stays open. Premium access runs for 12 months from your purchase, unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may add or update mocks and lessons during that time.
Payment and EMI
Premium is a one-time payment, taxes as applicable. EMI, where you choose it, is provided by Razorpay's lending partners, not by us. You pay GreenFunds once, and the lender sets the EMI schedule and any interest, which you can see before you confirm. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Accuracy and changes
We build lessons from primary sources like SEBI, RBI, and the NISM material, and we work to keep them correct. Rules and figures change, so always confirm against the current NISM workbook and SEBI before you rely on a specific number. We may update the course and these terms over time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
