Step one: raise it with the AMC or its RTA. Most issues are solved right here.

Step two: if it is not resolved, escalate to SEBI through the SCORES portal.

Step three: an unresolved money dispute can go to online dispute resolution (ODR).

Keep a dated record at every step. A clear paper trail settles most disputes fast.
